Existing Site Plan The first step is to review the existing site to determine its suitability for golf. We make initial investigations into the physical characteristics of the site including topography, soils, environment, ecology, water availability and climate.
Land Use Plan
After the initial investigation, we determine the best locations for golf, for housing, for hotels or for any other commercial activities planned for the development.
Golf Course Plan
Finally, a golf course plan is developed showing how golf will flow through the site. Once agreed by the client, it is ready for submission to relevant authorities for approval.
Construction Plan
Upon approval, detailed design work commences to produce the full package of plans required for construction. This will include plans for staking, grading, clearing, drainage, landscape concept, irrigation, grassing, green details and construction details for each element of work.
Construction Documentation
In addition to the plans, other documentation is required prior to construction starting. Detailed specifications, quantities and tender documents are critical.
Construction Inspection
During the construction phase, we undertake frequent inspection of the work to ensure that the designs and specifications are followed by the Contractor. |
